CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens- traffic, weather, accidents, etc. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services and times are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Please do not be late, or you may have to forfeit your appointment.

 

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved services total.

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 50% of the reserved services total & will not be allowed to re-book unless the no show fee is paid.

-Being more than 20 minutes late to your appointment may result in forfeiting services &/or being charged the cancellation fee- 50% of the reserved services total.

CHILD/GUEST POLICY

For your child's safety we do not allow children in the salon unless they are receiving a service. There are chemicals, sharp objects, & hot tools that could be dangerous to a child & distracting for the stylists.

 

We love kids! But our salon is not equipped for child care.

Our studio is a small space and you may be here for 2+ hours, please refrain from bringing guests to your appointment.

SERVICE POLICY

I take pride in my work.

Most importantly, I want you to love the way you look and feel after your services! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your hair after a service please allow me to make an adjustment. Please contact me via email or instagram within 7 days of your initial service. After 7 days a complimentary adjustment will not be considered, and additional service / product fees may result.

 

 

Any retail products can be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date. I do not provide refunds on services or products.​
